Operation errors now in your language, and run multiple organizations from one login

Even when an operation fails, you can now understand what happened in your own language. And with a single login, you can launch several organizations and move between them.

🌐 Plan and payment errors now appear in your language

This improvement is for anyone who uses plan changes, payments, or cancellation in a language other than Japanese. Until now, when one of these operations failed, an internal English message could appear on screen as-is, making it hard to understand.

With this update, failure messages now appear in your language (Japanese, English, Tagalog, or Vietnamese). Even for unexpected errors, we show a clear message in each language rather than an internal English one. You can understand what went wrong and what to do next without any guesswork.

🏢 Run multiple organizations from a single login

This feature is for people who run more than one organization—owners, consultants, and agency operators. Until now, there was no way to create a new workspace (company) from within the app while logged in. On top of that, when someone who already had an account accepted an invitation to another workspace, they landed on the same initial password-setup screen as a new user and were asked to re-enter a password. And links from invitation or workspace-creation emails didn’t always land you on the intended workspace.

With this update, we’ve made the following improvements:

  • You can now create a new workspace from within the app while logged in, keeping the same email address. Create it right from the workspace-switching menu by entering just the company name and plan (no email, name, or password needed), and you’re switched to the new workspace once it’s created. There’s no need to set a password again.
  • When someone who already has an account accepts an invitation to another workspace, they can now accept it without being asked to set a password again. Their existing password stays intact.
  • Links from invitation and workspace-creation emails now land you on the intended workspace correctly.

With one login, you can move between several organizations seamlessly.
