We've reworked how AI helps you draft PBIs. Until now, if a one-shot draft came out slightly off, your only option was to start over. With the new screen, you tell it what to change and it revises the draft, so you can zero in on what you want over several rounds. Results now appear progressively, making the wait feel shorter too.

We've optimized the sprint detail page so it stays responsive even when you leave it open. We've also fixed an issue so users whose trial has expired or who have canceled can move smoothly from choosing a plan to signing up.

We fixed a dark-theme issue so label borders line up cleanly from the very first render. We also improved plan changes so the reasons a downgrade is blocked now appear in your own language, with your current values and the limits. You can see right away what to adjust—in your own language.

If you support multiple client companies or run several of your own products as separate organizations, you previously needed a separate account for each one—logging back in or switching browsers every time you moved between them. With this update, a single account can now belong to multiple organizations, and you can switch between them with one click from a menu in the header. Switching updates everything you see—projects, sprints, and more—to the organization you selected, and the header always shows which one you're currently viewing. If you only use one organization, nothing changes for you.

For AI-powered features like PBI generation, story point estimation, sprint goal suggestions, and retrospective analysis, we've fixed a rare issue where malformed results could appear on screen as-is, and now show a clear, localized error message inviting you to retry when generation fails. We've also made the sprint list load faster and fixed a bug where a row's total story points could briefly show as 0 when another member's update came in. Nothing about the look or layout has changed.

Some features we present as available on higher plans could still be reached on lower plans when accessed through an external integration, which left the plan boundary as something that existed only on screen. With this update, those features are correctly treated as higher-plan-only even through integrations, and we've also tidied up what happens when you try to switch to a lower plan while still using one of them. The limits you're told about now apply fairly and consistently, whichever entry point you come from.

When you cleared a field through a connected tool, the change was quietly dropped instead of being applied. Now clearing story points, priority, body text, descriptions, and more is applied reliably, and unlinking an item from an epic sticks too. Leaving a field out keeps it as is, sending an empty value clears it, and sending a value sets it—just as you'd expect.

When confirming an estimate failed, the confirmation dialog would close anyway, so it looked like you were done even though the estimate hadn't been applied—with no way shown to try again. Now the dialog closes only when confirmation succeeds, and on failure it stays open so you can retry right there. We've also matched the Poker card colors to how story points appear across the app, tidied the cards in the confirmation dialog into neat rows, restored your selection if you reload mid-vote, and kept the waiting-participants list from reshuffling.

Semantic labels like priority, status, and story points looked different from screen to screen, and weren't consistent between light and dark modes. We've made these labels look the same everywhere, added a checklist-progress badge to every screen that lists items, and improved the contrast of labels that were hard to read in dark mode.

The feature comparison on the plan-change screen didn't match what each plan actually offers—some features that aren't available were listed, while others that are available were missing—so you couldn't accurately compare what each plan can do. We've now overhauled the comparison to match what's actually offered, removing entries for features that don't exist and adding ones that were missing. You can see exactly what each plan really lets you do, so the basis for an upgrade decision is sound.

Scrum Poker estimation now stays among the members of the scrum team the session belongs to. No notifications reach unrelated teams and no one outside can see the votes, and the confirmed story point reaches everyone in the session, right there. We've also added in-progress indicators and success/failure feedback to editing and deleting retrospective cards, and unified error messages into clearer, type-specific wording. And closing a list's search field while it's empty no longer reloads the table, so the rows you're viewing and your scroll position stay put.

Until now, MCP couldn't create, retrieve, or list epics—epics alone had to be set up in the web screen before you linked PBIs to them. With this update, you can create, retrieve, and list epics from MCP, so you can build out your backlog from epics to PBIs to tasks without switching to the screen.

When you open a detail, you no longer have to count the checklist items in the body one by one—the completed and total counts now show as a badge, for PBIs, tasks, and epics alike. We've also added status labels and full-title display to the PBI list in epic details, so you can see the state and content of the PBIs underneath without opening each one. Right where you've opened a detail, you can take in progress and status.

On feature pages locked by plan limits, it was hard to tell why a feature was unavailable or what to do about it, making it easy to stall before even considering an upgrade. With this fix, it's now clear that the feature belongs to a higher plan and what it offers, and you can move smoothly—guided in your screen's language—all the way to changing your plan.

Form modals now consistently support saving and submitting with Cmd / Ctrl + Enter, and the save button shows the shortcut as a hint. We've also removed the duplicate title in PBI, epic, and task detail modals and unified its saving to the same auto-save as the body. Editing and saving in the modals you open every day are now quick and frustration-free.

Until now, there was no way to measure MCP usage—you couldn't tell which features were being used, by whom, or how much. With this update, every action taken through MCP is recorded, so you can review usage broken down by tool, by user, and by time period. Aggregation is per company, and never includes other companies' data.

We've removed the limits where MCP couldn't update epics, couldn't change the descriptions of PBIs and tasks, and could only change a task's status. Now a single update tool per target lets you make partial updates that include the body text. We've also retired the status-only tools and consolidated status changes into the update tools.

We now show 'you' at the top of the user picker—no more scrolling to find yourself every time—and you can read truncated long item names and descriptions in full just by hovering over them. PBI search now matches not only titles but also body text and IDs. The everyday actions of assigning work and finding the item you're looking for are now quick and frustration-free.

We fixed a few places where some elements blended into the background and were hard to see in dark mode. The strikethrough on completed items, the scroll indicators in the keyboard shortcut list, and the loading display during sign-in are now clearly visible in dark mode, so you won't miss the state you're looking at.

You can now create an epic directly from any lane on your roadmap Kanban—Now, Next, or Later. Previously every new epic landed in the Now lane, so placing it elsewhere meant creating it first and then dragging it over to the right place. Now you can create it right where it belongs from the start, with no reshuffling afterward.

We've added a Kanban view to the epic list and made it the new default. Epics are sorted into lanes by roadmap status—Now, Next, Later, and Done—and you can update an epic's status simply by dragging it from one lane to another. Priorities and progress that were hard to see in a list-only view are now easy to take in visually, making it much simpler to get everyone on the same page.

We've made the app's responses more consistent when something goes wrong. When your session expires, you're now guided to the sign-in screen more reliably, and on pages you don't have access to, you're shown a proper "Not found" message instead of being sent to sign in by mistake. It's a quiet improvement, but it means fewer unexpected breakages and steadier day-to-day operation.

Until now, CSV import only added new items, so fixing existing ones meant editing them one at a time on screen. From now on, you can export a CSV, edit it in Excel or Google Sheets, and re-upload it to update existing items all at once. Tidying up a backlog of dozens of items now takes just a few minutes.

Fixed an issue where the retrospective didn't light up on the final day of a sprint, and an issue where your search results disappeared when assigning PBIs to an epic. You can now step straight into the final-day retrospective and reliably link the PBI you're after, even in epics with many of them.

Fixed issues where some epic statuses didn't display correctly in the list and didn't export properly to CSV. We also made standard statuses appear in each viewer's own display language, so multilingual teams can see the state of every epic at a glance.

Fixed an issue where the status column in PBI list CSV exports showed "[object Object]" instead of the actual state. The status now exports as the plain name defined in your project, so opening the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets shows each PBI's state at a glance.

Three new tools have been added to the AI assistant integration (MCP), bringing the total to 17. In addition to retrieving project members and tasks, you can now update a PBI's story points, priority, sprint, and more — all in a single command.

The PBI list now fetches only the data it actually needs, making it faster to load. Task progress detection also now matches the Kanban column state (to-do, in progress, done), so PBI progress bars show values that better reflect reality.

The tooltip frames on Sprint Burndown / Burnup / Velocity charts, and the column background, card border, and hover state on the task Kanban, used to stay in light-mode cream even when the rest of the app was in dark mode. Now they follow dark mode through. Light-mode users see no visual difference.

When another teammate bulk-imports PBIs via CSV, every member viewing the same project now sees an 'Another user added N PBIs / Reload' badge in the bottom-right corner. Back-to-back imports coalesce into one badge, and your own imports stay quiet on your own screen. The default statuses seeded on a new project ('New / Ready / In Progress / In Review / Done', etc.) now align with your language — English, Tagalog, and Vietnamese members can write their CSV and complete the import end-to-end in their own tongue. We also closed a dark-mode gap inside the CSV import dialog and a translation key that was showing raw on the subscription-expired banner for non-Japanese locales.

The product backlog list no longer flashes a 'zero rows' overlay on initial load and tab switches — you now see a row skeleton while it loads. The Incomplete tab was sometimes mixing in completed items, and projects with the Epic feature turned off could still surface completed-epic cards through other paths; both are now closed. Behind the scenes, we've put hard caps on DB connections and GraphQL request timeouts so heavy operations like CSV import can't squeeze other tenants, and rolled in security-advisory dependency updates.

CSV import has landed on the product backlog list. Drop in a spreadsheet of PBIs you've prepared in Excel or Google Sheets, walk through the 4-step wizard — download template, edit, upload, preview, confirm — and they're all registered. Row-level partial success means a single bad row doesn't throw out the good ones: successful rows go in, and only the rejected ones come back for you to fix and re-upload.

Open and Closed tabs have been added to the top of the product backlog list. Each tab carries a live count badge and updates in real time as teammates change statuses. The Closed tab also shows 'completed N days ago' next to each item, so your retro is half-prepped before you even open it.

Character limits on text fields now count the way humans count, so Japanese and other multibyte text reaches the limit you see on screen. We also tightened consistency checks for project and sprint start/end dates and ScrumTeam name length that were slipping through on certain update paths.

We've fixed a bug where assignee avatars on the kanban board could fall back to default initials after the board had been open for a while or when tasks were updated in real time. You can keep recognizing 'who owns which task' at a glance — no reload required.

The Product Backlog filter panel now has an 'Exclude completed' checkbox. Hide finished work from the list and zero in on the PBIs that haven't been started yet. The state is preserved in the URL, so it survives reloads and works when shared.

Task cards on the kanban board now render the first few lines of the task body inline, with light Markdown formatting. Headings and checklists are visible at a glance, so you can take in the whole sprint without opening a single drawer.

A new bell icon in the header puts task assignments and other notifications one click away. Notifications arrive in real time, and clicking through opens the target item directly without leaving your current screen.

Fixed an issue where pasting Markdown into the PBI description (and other rich text fields) left headings and lists as raw characters. Copy-paste from Notion or Slack now becomes formatted rich text right away.

Profile pictures now use a new delivery method for more reliable rendering. The sprint team detail page loads faster on first paint, and the sprint-start rocket animation has been polished.

Fixed an issue where, depending on your timezone, work done on the project's last day could be treated as outside the project window. End dates now consistently include up to 23:59:59 in your timezone.

Set, edit, close, and review the Scrum Guide 2020 Product Goal. The dashboard has a dedicated widget; the backlog page shows an always-on reminder.

Once a sprint ends, record goal achievement in three choices — Achieved / Partial / Not achieved. It flows directly into the AI retrospective analysis.

Estimate PBI story points synchronously as a team with the new Planning Poker feature. AI-powered reference estimates are also available.

A new capacity gauge on the Sprint team detail page shows how your team's assignments compare to average velocity. AI feature stability has also been improved.

AI now analyzes sprint PBIs to suggest sprint goals. MCP tools expanded to 14, with new scrum team information retrieval capabilities.
