Release Improvement

Lighter PBI list loading and more accurate task progress

Update released

A quiet but meaningful release — the PBI list was fetching extra data it didn't need (task details, team members) on every load, and task completion was judged by an older metric that could drift from the Kanban column state. Both are tidied up now: less data over the wire, and the progress bar lines up with what you see on the board.

⚡ PBI list loads lighter

When you open the Product Backlog Item list, the app used to fetch Sprint-page data (task details, team member info) that the list view never uses. This release trims the query to only what the list actually needs.

Projects with many tasks and team members will notice the difference most.

📊 Task progress now matches Kanban columns

Task completion, in-progress, and not-started detection now aligns exactly with the Kanban board column state.

Previously, a task moved to the “Done” column on the Kanban board could still count as incomplete in the PBI progress bar if its internal progress value hadn’t reached 100%. With this fix, the Kanban column state takes priority, so the progress bar reflects reality more accurately.
