Update released
Just answer what you're asked, and you close in on a PBI with everything it needs. A rough note becomes something your team can work from.
💬 Each draft now comes with the points the AI wants to confirm
You could already refine an AI-generated draft by stacking up revision instructions. But that approach assumed you could tell what needed fixing. A vague persona, thin acceptance criteria, unstated constraints—these gaps are hard to notice if you’re not used to writing PBIs, and a thin draft could end up being confirmed as-is.
With this update, every time the AI presents a draft, it also attaches the points it couldn’t decide on as multiple-choice questions. Pick one of the options or answer in your own words, and the next draft reflects what you said. Sending an answer doesn’t clear any revision instructions you were still typing.
Even starting from “I’m not sure what to write,” you can reach a PBI with all the necessary information just by answering the questions in front of you.
✅ Answering is optional—confirm whenever you like
The questions are advice, not a gate you have to clear. If the draft in front of you is good enough, skip the questions and confirm it right away. Keep it short when you’re in a hurry, or go back and forth when you want to think it through—use whichever fits the moment.
And of course, the existing flow of telling the AI what you want changed still works exactly as before.
🌐 The same experience in four languages
The screen, including the questions, is available in Japanese, English, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. Teams whose members share no single native language can follow the same steps without confusion.
