Start a session from the PBI detail view with a single click. Each member picks a card from the Fibonacci scale (0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, ?). Once everyone has voted, all cards are revealed at once, and the confirmed value is written straight back to the PBI.
📊 Summary that surfaces disagreement
Once revealed, the session shows min / max / median / mode plus a “dispersion alert” when votes are far apart — a perfect cue to dig into the different assumptions people brought to the table.
🤖 AI reference estimate (Micro plan and above)
During the session, AI can suggest a reference story point to anchor your discussion when the team is unsure where to land.
