Plan limits now apply as advertised—even through integrations

Update released

Features presented as available only on higher plans are now held to the same boundary when viewed through an external integration—fair and consistent, exactly as advertised.

🔒 Higher-plan features hold the same line, whichever way you come in

Burn-up charts and epic management were presented as features available only on higher plans, but when accessed through an external integration their data could still be retrieved on lower plans—leaving the plan boundary as something that effectively existed only on screen.

With this update, viewing these features is now correctly treated as higher-plan-only, even when accessed through an external integration.

The limits you’re told about now genuinely apply, so every customer is treated fairly and consistently. And your everyday experience on screen is unchanged—burn-down charts remain available on all plans.

🔁 Move to a lower plan with peace of mind, even while using these features

If a project was still using epics, being able to switch straight to a lower plan risked leaving features in an inconsistent state afterward.

With this update, in that case we now guide you to turn epics off first and hold the plan change until then.

Your state no longer disagrees before and after a plan change, so you can tidy up what’s needed and move over calmly.

🧭 Labels line up the same as you move between screens

On the sprint dashboard, we aligned the order of the labels at the end of each item—checklist progress, story points, and status—with how they appear when you open the item. They now show in the same order as you move between screens, so you can read the situation without hesitation.
