The "wait, why isn't this formatting?" moment when pasting from another tool — gone.
✏️ Markdown pastes now turn into rich text
In the TipTap editor used for PBI descriptions and other rich text fields, pasting Markdown used to leave # Heading and - list item as literal characters. With this update, headings, lists, code blocks, quotes, links, bold / italic / strikethrough are converted to rich text the instant you paste.
Drop in a half-written note from Notion, Slack, or a GitHub issue, and it lands in the PBI cleanly formatted and ready to read.
