Update released
Break the "we set a sprint goal, but never fully reflected on how it went" cycle. Keep a record of how each sprint's goal landed, and wire that record straight into your AI-powered retrospective.
✅ Record achievement in three choices
When the sprint ends, the stats card lets you record goal achievement in one of three choices: Achieved / Partially achieved / Not achieved. A single click builds up a durable record of how each sprint actually landed.
🤖 AI retrospective factors in achievement
Once you record achievement, it automatically flows into the AI retrospective prompt. The analysis can now surface things like “what worked in sprints you hit the goal” and “what patterns show up in sprints you missed it.”
✏️ Edit right where it lives
Sprint goal display and editing are now one surface. Hit edit and the banner swaps in place for the edit form — no separate modal or form opening elsewhere on the page. AI-assisted goal drafting still works as before.
🎨 Cleaner goal display
Sprint goal now renders as a compact banner with a line-clamped body that expands only when the text actually overflows. Status chips (set / unset / achievement) make the current state readable at a glance.
🔧 Other improvements
- Fixed an issue where non-owner team members could not access the Epic feature. If Epic is enabled on the project, every team member can now use it.
