Switch between organizations instantly—no more logging back in

Update released

Stay signed in to one account and switch between organizations with a single click—no more logging back in.

🔁 A separate account for every organization, and logging back in each time

If you support several client companies at once, or run multiple products of your own as separate organizations, you were limited to one organization per email address. Switching meant creating separate accounts and logging back in each time, or juggling separate browsers—a small but constant tax on days spent moving between contexts.

✅ One click from the header switcher

With this update, a single account can now belong to multiple organizations. Every organization you belong to appears in a switcher menu in the header, and picking one switches you over instantly—no logging back in required.

When you switch, everything you’re viewing—projects, sprints, backlog, and charts—updates to the organization you selected. The header always shows which organization you’re currently viewing, and a brief transition plays when you switch so it’s clear you’ve moved somewhere new—no more worrying you’re looking at the wrong organization’s data.

🖼️ A profile picture for each organization

Your avatar now displays independently for each organization, which is handy if you want to present yourself differently depending on who you’re working with. Invitations sent to an email address you already use are added to your existing account rather than creating a new one, so accepting an invite never multiplies your accounts. Data stays fully separated between organizations, so nothing from one ever mixes into another.

🌐 Using just one organization? Nothing changes

If you belong to only one organization, the switcher doesn’t appear and everything works exactly as before. The switching experience—labels, confirmations, and all—is available in Japanese, English, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
