New MCP Write Tools and Major Editor Enhancements

A powerful update for AI collaboration and documentation.

This update brings a major expansion of MCP write tools, real-time sync, and TipTap editor stability improvements and new features.

🤖 Expanded MCP Tools (8 → 11 Tools)

Three new write tools have been added, allowing you to create and manage PBIs and tasks directly through MCP.

Read (7 Tools):

  • list_projects — List all projects
  • list_sprints — List sprints
  • list_product_backlog_items — List PBIs (with sprint filtering)
  • list_backlog_statuses — List statuses (with type filtering)
  • get_sprint_details — Get sprint details (including burn-up/burn-down data)
  • get_product_backlog_item — Get PBI details
  • get_task — Get task details

Write (4 Tools):

  • update_task_status — Update task status (with real-time sync ★NEW)
  • create_pbi — Create a new PBI (with priority parameter) ★NEW
  • create_task — Create a new task ★NEW
  • update_pbi_status — Update PBI status ★NEW

⚡ Real-Time Sync

When you update a task status via MCP, the change is now instantly reflected on the board in your browser.

✏️ Editor Enhancements

  • Table support: Insert and edit tables from the bubble menu
  • Task list support: Manage TODOs with checkbox lists
  • Mermaid error display: Syntax errors now shown inline in the editor
  • Stability improvements: Fixed bubble menu misbehavior, paste issues, and added error fallback

✨ Other Improvements

  • PBI dropdown priority sorting: Just pick from the top — no more guessing which one to work on next
  • Multilingual support: All new UI elements now support ja / en / tl / vi
  • Bug fix: Fixed an issue where related data was not displayed after creating a Sprint Team Status until the page was reloaded
