We’re excited to bring you an update that strengthens team collaboration. This release introduces PBI comments, along with improvements to filters and story points.
💬 PBI Comment System
You can now post comments on Product Backlog Items (PBIs). This makes team discussions and information sharing much smoother.
- Thread Comments — Reply to comments and have threaded discussions for deeper conversations
- Quote Comments — Select text in the TipTap editor and post it directly as a quote comment
- Real-time Sync — Comments are instantly reflected to all team members via WebSocket
- Optimistic UI — Comments appear immediately after posting for a seamless user experience
🔍 Filter Improvements
We’ve enhanced the PBI list filtering capabilities.
- “Unestimated Only” Filter — Filter to show only PBIs without story points. Perfect for organizing PBIs before refinement
- Filter Default Value Pre-fill — When creating a new PBI or Epic while filters are active, filter values are automatically pre-filled in the form
📐 Story Point Improvements
Story points are now more flexible.
- Nullable Story Points — Story points can now be toggled off. This eliminates the need to force story points on PBIs before refinement, enabling a more natural workflow
- Ready Status Warning — A warning is displayed when changing a PBI to Ready status if story points are not set
🎨 Editor UI Improvements
The TipTap editor menu UI has been improved for better usability.
