🧭 Sprint Ceremony Guide
A ceremony step navigation has been added to the sprint team detail page. Visually track your progress through Planning → Daily → Review → Retrospective, with contextual guide messages displayed on your dashboard and sprint details based on the current phase. During the planning phase, a checklist guide is also shown — so even Scrum beginners can confidently follow the ceremony flow.
📋 Retrospective KPT Board
A new board lets you manage retrospective items across three columns: Keep (what’s working), Problem (what needs attention), and Try (what to experiment with next). You can add, edit, and delete cards, making it easy to capture and share sprint learnings in a structured way.
🤖 AI Retrospective Analysis
AI (powered by Gemini) automatically analyzes the content of your KPT board and suggests improvement actions for your team. Gain objective insights from your retrospectives and discover ideas to make your next sprint even better.
✅ DoD Support in AI PBI Generation
When AI generates PBIs, it now includes a Definition of Done (DoD) section. This means auto-generated PBIs come with clearer completion criteria, ready to be added to your backlog.
