More reliable guidance on expired sessions and pages you can't access

Update released

We've organized the app's responses into a more consistent shape for when something goes wrong. Even when your session has expired or you reach a page you can't access, the screen is less likely to land in a half-broken state and behaves more steadily.

🔐 More reliable guidance to the sign-in screen when your session expires

When your session expired—for example after a while without activity—there were rare cases where the guidance to the sign-in screen came through only partway, and the screen could look unresponsive.

With this update, when you need to sign in again, you’re guided to the sign-in screen more reliably. The screen is less likely to break in unexpected ways mid-task, so you can sign back in and return to your work right away.

🔍 No more being sent to sign in by mistake on pages you can’t access

When you opened a page you didn’t have access to, there were cases where you’d be sent to the sign-in screen even though a proper “Not found” message was what should have appeared—because “you need to sign in” and “you don’t have access” were being mixed up.

With this update, the two are told apart correctly. On pages you don’t have access to, a proper “Not found” message is shown, so you’re no longer asked to sign in again when you’re already signed in.

🌐 Error messages stay multilingual, just as before

The messages shown when something goes wrong continue to appear in Japanese, English, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. Even after tidying up the shape of these responses, they remain readable in the language you’re using.
