Update released
You can now view your epic list as a Kanban board. Priorities and progress across your roadmap come through at a glance, making planning and conversations with stakeholders easier to move forward.
🗂️ A new Kanban view for the epic list
Until now, the epic list was available only as a list, which made it hard to grasp the overall progress and priorities of your roadmap at a glance—and planning and managing epics took more time as a result.
With this update, we’ve added a Kanban view to the epic list. It’s now the new default view, so the moment you open your epics, you can take in the whole roadmap. Just looking over the board makes it intuitively clear where your focus is right now.
🛣️ Organize priorities with Now, Next, Later, and Done
In the Kanban view, epics are arranged into lanes by four roadmap statuses: Now, Next, Later, and Done.
Because “what to work on now,” “what’s coming up next,” “what to tackle eventually,” and “what’s finished” are all organized on a single screen, you can quickly get the full picture of your priorities. What’s in progress and what lies ahead are easy to read without guesswork.
🔀 Update status with drag and drop
When an epic’s situation changes, just drag and drop the card into a different lane. Its roadmap status is updated automatically as it moves.
There’s no need to open a menu and reselect an option. You can reflect a change of plan right in the same motion, keeping your roadmap up to date at all times.
🤝 Get everyone on the same page more smoothly
With priorities and progress organized visually, product managers, project managers, and stakeholders can talk while looking at the same picture.
Because “where the focus is now and what’s coming next” can be shared at a glance, your roadmap becomes more transparent and communication with everyone involved runs more smoothly.
